Problems faced by business actors in Penggalian Village in developing MSMEs. The object of this socialization activity is MSMEs in Penggalian Village. This socialization activity aims to increase efforts to develop MSMEs. Based on the results of observations, it is known that Penggalian Village generally describes that there is a lot of potential, but it has not been explored and optimized in its utilization. The problems in developing MSMEs in Penggalian Village are: lack of knowledge of MSME owners regarding the latest technology. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to conduct socialization regarding what is needed by MSME actors to transform their businesses into digital ones. This activity is carried out in order to encourage the growth of MSMEs in Penggalian Village. In addition, this activity also aims to digitize MSME products in rural areas in order to transform conventional marketing processes into digital ones.

The method of research is secondary data collecting from North Sumetera and Indonesian central bureau of statistics The result of multiple linier regression which SPSS 26 processing was Y = -142.538 -0.185 X1+1.860 X2+0.444 X3 which means constant value is -142.538 , the influence of poverty rate is negative and not significant a total -0.185, the the literacy rate is positive and significant a total of 1.860 and the influence of the life expectancy is positive and significant a total of 0.444. That is phenomenon of this research. The goal of research is how the influence of the poverty rate , the literacy rate of the and life expectancy against The humand evelopment index in North Sumatera Province.

The purpose of this program is to increase students' knowledge about investment in the capital market and reduce the impact of low interest in investing in the capital market. In addition, the purpose of this service is to provide education and training on investment in the capital market to students of SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Masihul, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This activity is expected to motivate students to try to invest in the capital market.

In the midst of increasingly tight market competition, product innovation and quality management are key factors to ensure the sustainability and growth of MSMEs. Syagina Cassava Chips is one example of an MSME engaged in the processed food sector, especially cassava chips. The purpose of this activity is to identify and analyze the challenges faced by Syagina in product innovation and its impact on competitiveness in the market and to explore the quality management strategies implemented by Syagina in meeting consumer standards and competing with chip products from big brands and identifying opportunities that can be utilized by Syagina in developing product innovation and improving quality management to support business sustainability. The results of this activity show that limited financial and technological resources are the main obstacles in carrying out product innovation. However, by implementing effective quality management strategies, such as Total Quality Management (TQM) and strict quality control, Syagina Cassava Chips can ensure that the products produced meet the standards expected by consumers.

The rapid growth of digital technology has transformed how the younger generation interacts with the economy, particularly students at the vocational high school level. Students at SMK Santana 2 Cibatu, Garut—primarily from Office Automation and Software Engineering majors—demonstrate strong enthusiasm for digital tools but often lack structured knowledge about how to start and manage digital businesses. This community service program aims to enhance students’ entrepreneurial readiness through the “Digital Business Introduction Workshop.” The program was designed to provide practical training on digital business concepts, e-commerce, financial literacy, and ethical considerations in online commerce. The implementation included interactive seminars, hands-on workshops, and digital marketing simulations tailored to student needs. Results of the workshop showed increased digital business awareness, with many students expressing intent to create online shops and apply the concepts learned. This initiative not only supports digital entrepreneurship among vocational students but also contributes to reducing youth unemployment through skill-based empowerment, aligned with SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).

Through an introduction by educating early, it is hoped that students can know what investment and capital markets are so that they understand and are interested in carrying out investment and capital market fields.
